Soudah’s infectious enthusiasm, versatile expertise, and capability to turnaround complex and high pressure projects on tight deadlines, keep his collaborators Coming back.

Born in Tokyo, japan and of Irish/Palestinian descent, his passion for music started from a young age. At 5 he was playing piano and guitar, at 7 he was songwriting and composing. By 12 he was producing and recording.

Jason moved to Los Angeles in 2009 and was invited to intern at Hans Zimmer’s studio complex, Remote Control Productions. Jason was promptly recruited by ascending composer Matthew Margeson (Rocketman, Kingsman: The Secret Service & The Golden Circle, Rings, Eddie The Eagle, Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children…), and they have been collaborating ever since.  In this “additional music” capacity, Jason has also worked with a number of other composers including Henry Jackman, Heitor Pereira, Dominic Lewis, and Al Clay.

In 2018, Jason co-founded the Songwriting Mentorship Program at University High School in Los Angeles with music teacher and composer Micah Byers, where small groups of students are coached from the inception of songs, through to recording and mastering. Jason passionately encourages music students to follow their dreams, guides and advises them in their creative endeavors in music, and is rewarded by witnessing each student’s abilities and self-confidence flourish throughout the year-long program. Jason is also a regular panelist for USC Adjunct Assistant Professor and legendary composer Christopher Young’s “Assistants Panel,” where students completing their Masters in Film Scoring get valuable insights and candid advice.
